Dear Father,

I thank you for the goodness you put on this earth. You created it and declared it was good. You created everything including my body, soul, and spirit. Because of the fall of Adam, man has contaminated it with poor choices and been deceived by satan in many things. Even things we have not been aware of and feel innocent of that have still hurt us. Your word in Jeremiah says that if we cry out to you that you will answer. I cry out now for myself and my friends and for you to lead us in our walk to wellness. Give us your thoughts, your mind, and your heart for our lives which is forever free of fear, doubt, shame, guilt, condemnation, or blame. I repent of the poor choices I have made that I did or did not know better. I walk toward You now and surrender my wellness journey to You. I surrender my attitudes, false beliefs, and fears to you. I loose from my soul anything that was put there not of You and bind back to my soul my true DNA and alignment with You. Holy Spirit, help me to hear and see what is good and right. I plead this in the name of, and by the healing and victorious blood of Jesus that was shed on the cross for all mankind. Amen
